📝 About PathVisio

This current version of PathVisio 4.0.0 builds upon the 3.x architecture and libGPML.

Graphical Pathway Markup Language (GPML) is the native file format used store and edit pathway models in PathVisio and share them on WikiPathways.

🎯 Motivation

This book is meant as a guide for the installation and use of PathVisio, including some information on biogical concepts.

This book is currently under development 🚧 and will be updated to reflect all the latest changes in PathVisio. We will continue to improve both the software, book, and documentation of PathVisio.
