use cytoscape web to provide a network view on wikipathways

Cytoscape is working on a web based network viewer:  http://cytoweb.baderlab.org.

We could embed this on wikipathways: In addition to the current pathway viewer, we could provide a "network view" of the pathway using Cytoscape web and embed it in the pathway page. This would give users quick access to cytoscape-like features (like automatic layout, handy for the large pathways).
