Resize handles mouse-over wrong after rotation

The mouse cursor changes when you move over the resize handles (yellow-boxes).

In the case of the right resize handle, the mouse cursor changes into an arrow pointing to the right.

This is true even after you rotate the shape 90 degrees, which seems odd. The handle on the right now shows an arrow pointing down.
