Description

Enable BioPAX level 3 export on WikiPathways?. Only on individual pathway pages, not yet as a download set, until we've solved memory issues.

Rebecca notified me that we should also bring paxtools.jar up-to-date with the latest version. The old version has a bug where you get double properties.
